一例右上臂完全离断伴失血性休克患者的护理

【摘要】回顾分析一例右上臂完全离断伴失血性休克女性患者的临床资料，总结其护理方法。此患者创伤大，失血性休克，病情危急，根据此例患者特点，重点做好扩容抗休克的护理、心理护理、再植肢体的护理、功能锻炼的指导、延续护理等，经过1个多月的治疗护理，患者好转出院。

Nursing of a patient with complete disconnection ofright upper arm and hemorrhagic shock

【Abstract】The clinical data of a female patient withcompletedisconnection of right upper arm and hemorrhagic shock were retrospectively analyzed，and the nursing methods were summarized.This patient had severe trauma，hemorrhagic shock and critical condition.According to the characteristics of this patient， we focused on the nursing of volume expansion and anti shock，psychological nursing，nursing of replanted limbs，guidance of functional exercise，continuing nursing and so on.After more than one month of treatment and nursing，the patient improved and discharged.

上臂离断患者病情危急，易出现休克、肢体感觉和运动功能障碍等并发症，从而影响再植肢体的成活和感觉运动功能的恢复[1]。（剩余4264字）
