【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of personalized nursing in the perioperative period of patients with cleft lip and palate. Methods： From February 2019 to February 2020，80 patients with cleft lip and palate admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects，and they were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method，with 40 cases in each group. 唇腭裂是口腔颌面部最常见的先天性畸形，一般新生儿出现唇腭裂的概率为0.1%，表现为不同程度的唇部、腭部的软、硬组织的裂开及表情、咀嚼、吞咽、呼吸、语音等功能障碍[1]，这种畸形不仅会对患儿的面貌造成一定影响，还会造成患儿的语言功能的缺失，严重的话还可能造成患儿的心理问题。（剩余4634字）
