2022年沙疗、艾灸、TDP治疗退行性骨关节病的比较性研究

【摘要】目的：探讨沙疗、艾灸、TDP在退行性骨关节病中的临床疗效。方法：于2019年9月—2022年3月间收集800例退行性骨关节病患者的临床资料，随机将患者分为艾灸组、TDP（特定电磁波谱）组与沙疗组。艾灸组240例，TDP组300例，沙疗组260例。比较三组临床疗效。结果：三组患者VAS、WOMAC评分随治疗时间延长下降，到治疗后12周时开始稳定或有所回升，治疗3、6、12、24周时，TDP组VAS、WOMAC评分显著低于沙疗组和艾灸组（P0.05）；TDP组总有效率高于沙疗组和艾灸组（P

A Comparative Study of 2022 Sand Therapy，Moxibustion and TDP in the Treatment of Degenerative Osteoarthropathy

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of sand therapy，moxibustion，TDP in degenerative osteoarthropathy. Methods：The clinical data of 800 patients with degenerative osteoarthropathy were collected from September 2019 to March 2022.The patients were randomly divided into moxibustion group，special electromagnetic spectrum （TDP） group and sand therapy group.There were 240 cases in moxibustion group，300 cases in TDP group and 260 cases in sand therapy group.The clinical effects of the three groups were compared.
