新生儿高胆红素血症病因的研究进展

【摘要】新生儿高胆红素血症又称新生儿黄疸，是新生儿时期的常见疾病及出生一周内住院率最高的疾病之一，对新生儿的健康有很大的影响。其带给新生儿影响极大，重症患儿预后不佳，如核黄疸等。因此我们需要全面了解该疾病，本文主要对新生儿高胆红素血症的诊断、病因、影响因素予以综述。

【Abstract】Neonatal hyperbilirubinemia，also known as neonatal jaundice，is a common disease in the neonatal period and one of the diseases with the highest hospitalization rate within one week of birth，which has a great impact on the health of neonates.It has a great impact on newborns，and the prognosis of severe children is poor，such as kernicterus，etc.Therefore，we need a comprehensive understanding of the disease. This article mainly reviews the diagnosis，etiology，and influencing factors of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.
