快速消解-标准加入法测定大米中镉含量的研究

【摘 要】我国是农业大国,为人们提供优质农产品是我国农业生产的基本要求。但是近些年环境污染较为严重,让农作物发育期间积累过多重金属,会对人们身体健康造成一定影响。本文利用快速消解-标准加入法,对于大米镉含量进行测定。和微波消解法并无显著性差异。旨在为我国农作物测定贡献力量,促进我国农业生产质量。

【Abstract】China is a large agricultural country. Providing people with high-quality agricultural products is the basic requirement of China’s agricultural production.However,in recent years,environmental pollution is more serious, so that excessive heavy metals are accumulated during crop development, which will have a certain impact on people’s health. In this paper, the content of cadmium in rice was determined by rapid digestion standard addition method. There was no significant difference with microwave digestion. It aims to contribute to the determination of crops in China and promote the quality of agricultural production in China.

作为一种拥有较强毒性的重金属,镉会通过人的饮食,逐渐在人体中产生富集,通过慢性中毒方式,对于人的肝、肾等器官造成损伤,严重会造成器官功能衰竭,影响人正常生活与发育。(剩余2689字)
