【摘 要】目的：研究优质护理服务在预防接种门诊中的临床效果。方法：将本院2019年1月至2020年2月期间所进行常规免疫接种的90例儿童作为此次研究对象，使用数字表法对所有患者进行均分，分别为参照组和研究组，每组45例。参照组给予常规护理，研究组进行优质护理服务，对比两组的临床满意度和接种及时率。结果：在总体满意上，研究组为97.78%，参照组为82.22% ；在接种及时率上，研究组和参照组分别为97.78%、84.44%，差异性明显（P
