外科作为医院重要科室之一,所收治患者具有发病急、疾病较为复杂等特点,大部分患者需接受手术治疗,且住院治疗时间较长,在治疗期间患者易受疾病及手术创伤影响,导致其易产生一些负性情绪,在一定程度上增加了临床护理风险,一旦未及时得到有效处理或处理不及时,都易增加医疗纠纷发生风险,对医院社会形象与管理工作造成影响,故而积极提供有效护理干预,对降低患者不良情绪及提升治疗效果起着重要意义[1-2]。(剩余3270字)
