参芪复脉汤联合西药治疗慢性心衰的疗效及对心功能的影响探讨

【摘 要】目的：探究分析在慢性心衰患者中采取参芪复脉汤联合西药治疗的效果。方法：从2019年7月至2021年7月我院收治的慢性心衰患者中抽选70例作为主要研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为两组，实验组35例，接受参芪复脉汤联合西药治疗，对照组35例，接受常规西药治疗，对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果：治疗前，两组患者LVEF、LVEDV等心功能指标差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，实验组患者LVEF明显高于对照组，LVEDV明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后，实验组患者工作状况、社会心理功能、一般生活功能、病情、体力等生活质量评分明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore and analyze the effect of Shenqi Fumai decoction combined with western medicine in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods： 70 patients with chronic heart failure treated in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the main research objects. They were randomly divided into two groups. 35 patients in the experimental group were treated with Shenqi Fumai decoction combined with western medicine， and 35 patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western Medicine. The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.
