【摘 要】目的：分析麦味地黄汤加减对于妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）的治疗作用。方法：选择2019年10月至2021年10月间入院治疗的120例GDM孕妇，予以抽签法分组。A组60例患者进行麦味地黄汤加减治疗，B组60例患者进行西药治疗，对比两组治疗效果、血糖水平和中医证候积分。结果：A组孕妇的治疗总有效率较B组更高（P0.05）；治疗1个月后，A组孕妇的血糖水平较B组降低，中医证候积分相比于B组更低（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the effect of modified Maiwei Dihuang Decoction on gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods： 120 pregnant women with GDM hospitalized from October 2019 to October 2021 were divided into two groups by lot. 60 patients in group A were treated with Maiwei Dihuang Decoction and 60 patients in group B were treated with western medicine. The therapeutic effects， blood glucose levels and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared.
