Abstract:Low temperature,high salinityand other environments conditions willaffect the nitrification activity of microorganisms and reduce the removal of ammonia nitrogenand nitrite nitrogen inwater.A heterotrophic nitrifying bacterium CS-6 was isolated from the biofilters of coldwater fish recirculating aquaculture system and identified as Bacillus by 16S rRNA. The nitrogen removal characteristics of the later were studied. The results show that Strain CS ⋅-6 can achieve removal rates of 100% and 91.67% for ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen,respectively,within 72 hours.The removal rates for ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen can reach up to 100% and 99% , respectively,at low temperatures of 15∘C ,salinity ranging from 0‰ to 50‰ , and pHlevels between 6 and 9. This indicates excelent cold resistance and salt一tolerance properties,demonstrating that Strain CS -6 has high water purification efficiency and broad application potential.

水产养殖活动产生的残饵以及养殖动物的排泄物会导致养殖水体中的氨氮和亚硝酸氮升高[1],高浓度的氨氮和亚硝酸氮会对养殖动物产生毒害[2],因此,有效降低养殖水体中的氨氮和亚硝酸氮,维持良好的养殖水质环境,是保证养殖安全的基本要求。(剩余5871字)
