Abstract：In the new journey of comprehensively building a modern socialist country，the high一quality development of the marine economy and the sustainable utilization of marine resources have become vital components of national strategy. With the advancement of high一quality economic development and the modernization of the national governance system， new opportunities emerge，while higher demands are placed on the cultivation of marine professionals.From the perspective of New Quality Productive Forces， marine professionals must not only systematically master specialized knowledge-such as the efficient exploitation of marine biological resources，the development and optimization of marine microbial strains—but also enhance interdisciplinary integration capabilities and innovative thinking. Furthermore，they need to deepen their understanding of green technologies and sustainable development principles，while strengthening awareness of safeguarding China's maritime rights and national security. Only by doing so can they truly meet the needs of marine science，technology，and industrial development in the new era，thereby contributing to the high一quality growth of the marine economy and the advancement of ecological civilization.
