Abstract：Sulfonamides，as widely used antibacterial drugs，have raised significant concerns due to their residues in aquaculture and the resulting environmental，health，and safety issues. This study analyzes the chemical properties of sulfonamide drugs，their antibacterial mechanisms，and their applicationin aquaculture.It also reviews research progressin sulfonamide residue detection technologies for aquatic products，summarizing the characteristics and applications of existing methods.
