Abstract：To explore artificial breeding and fry cultivation techniques for hybrid sturgeon （Huso dauricus f× Acipenser schrenckii ↑）adapted to local conditions and address the local demand for hybrid sturgeon fry，an experiment on artificial breeding and fry cultivation of hybrid sturgeon was conducted in Shexian County，Handan City，study examined key technical aspects of the entire process from breeding to fry cultivation，including preparation and procedures for artificial breeding，artificial insemination and incubation，fry rearing， feeding methods，daily management，and disease prevention. After l30 days of fry cultivation，the results included 740，Ooo fertilized hybrid sturgeon eggs，400， OOO hatched larvae，and 118，3OO cultivated fry（with an average body length of 13.36cm ）.
