Abstract:In order to understand the effect of artificial breeding and release of Huso dauricus and Acipenser schrenckii Brandt,a 38-day survey was conducted from August 2,2O24 to September 8,2024. A total of 122 net operations were cared out,capturing 348 fish with an average of 2.85 fish per net. Among them, 229 Huso dauricus were caught with an average of 1.88 fish per net,and 119 Acipenser schrencki Brandt were caught with an average of O.98 fish per net. The specific data composition of captured Huso dauricus : 34 were labeled with VIE, 7 were labeled with Alizarin Red, 22 were wild, and 166 were released without labeling;The specific data composition of captured Acipenser schrenckii Brandt:16 were marked with Alizarin Red,VIE was not captured,37 were wild,and 66 were released without labeling. Removing wild individuals,2O7 Huso dauricus and 82 Acipenser schrenckii Brandt were captured. The supplementation rates are as follows: for Huso dauricus and 0.79‰ for Acipenser schrenckii Brandt; The labeled release and capture rates were 0.455‰ for VIE fluorescently labeled Huso dauricus, 0.2‰ for Alizarin Red labeled bream,and 0.31‰ for Alizarin Red labeled Acipenser schrenckii Brandt. The fitted weight and b-value in the full-length growth equation of this survey are close to 3 except for the madder red labeled Huso dauricus.The weight is proportional to the cube of the full-length,which conforms to the uniform growth law,indicating that its growth belongs to the uniform growth stage, that is,the stable growth stage.From the fiting curve equation and fertilization degree,it can be seen that the growth rate of artificially propagated and released Huso dauricus and Acipenser schrenckii Brandt in the wild environment is not significantly different from that of wild sturgeons,but there is a diference in fertilization degree.
