Abstract： The high - quality development of sports - medicine integration is inseparable from digital technology empowerment. Employing methodologies such as literature review and logical analysis，this study examines the mechanisms，challenges，and pathways through which digital technology enables the high - quality development of sports -medicine integration. The research posits that the foundational drivers for digital technology to advance sports - medicine integration lie in： facilitating efficient resource allocation，enhancing multi - stakeholder network collaboration， strengthening health service security and management， elevating health service quality and eficiency，and fostering innovation and upgrading in the sports- health industry. However，the embedding process of digital technology faces significant challenges，including inadequate infrastructure， shortages of technical talent， limitations in collaborative governance awareness，insuficient popularization of health services，and deficiencies in security supervision. The following pathways are proposed： We should upgrade sports - medicine integration facilities，cultivate a professional talent echelon， improve multi - stakeholder collaborative mechanisms，promote equitable access to high - quality integrated services，and standardize safety management systems.
