Abstract：“Family，school and community” cooperative education is an important way to carry out the fundamental task of cultivating people，and has a unique educational value. In the process of promoting the high - quality development of youth sports， the cooperation of “family，school and community”contains profound historical， theoretical and practical logic，and carries multiple value implications. However， in the process of promotion，there are some problems such as the lack of active coordination between family sports guidance and school education， the insufficient leading role of school sports collaborative education，and the incomplete supply system of social physical education resources. It is necessary to jointly build the goal of cultivating people through sports and clarify the collaborative responsibility system of“home， school and community”. Optimize the resource alocation mechanism and build a collaborative network of sports resources among“home， school and community”; Create diverse sports scenarios and build a collaborative education ecosystem of“home， school and community”. Build a collaborative guarantee mechanism and consolidate the support system for sports development among families， schools and communities， so as to form a powerful synergy for enhancing the physical fitness of teenagers and safeguarding their healthy growth.
