Digital Economy Empowers the Transformation and Upgrading of the Ice and Snow Sports Industry： Action Mechanism，Realistic Dilemmas， and Realization Pathways

Abstract：The digital economy serves not only as a new driver for economic development but also as a new engine for the transformation and upgrading of the ice and snow sports industry. Employing documentary research and logical analysis methods， this study follows a “ mechanism deconstruction - dilemma diagnosis - pathway design”＼` framework to investigate the enabling mechanisms， practical challenges，and implementation pathways through which the digital economy facilitates industrial transformation. Research findings indicate that the digital economy empowers six major sectors—including ice - snow sports performances and winter sports tourism—through data factors，digital technologies，and digital infrastructure. However，challenges persist：at the data factor level，cross - industry data barriers and insuficient value extraction； at the technological level， delayed application and limited integration scenarios； and at the infrastructure level，weak coordinated deployment and inadequate operational efciency. Corresponding pathways are proposed： enhancing data factor circulation to cultivate new business models， breaking through digital technology botlenecks to build integrated innovation industrial chains， and strengthening digital infrastructure coordination to solidify transformation foundations.
