APost-EarthquakeSearchand RescueVehiclewith Optimized Structure based on Ansys Analysis

Abstract: [Purposes] In view of the frequent occurrence of earthquakes in China and the post-disaster manpower shortages,this study designs a search and rescue vehicle based on ANSYS to alleviate postearthquake pressure and eliminate potential dangers.[Methods] The search and rescue vehicle is mainly composed of a six-wheel rocker arm suspension structure,a mechanical anti-shake stabilizer,a rescue supply storage box,and an alarm device.In order to ensure the stability and reliability of the search and rescue vehicle during driving,ANSYS software was employed to analyze the structural performance of the search and rescue vehicle and conduct lightweight design.[Findings] The results of finite element analysis show that the body structure design of the search and rescue vehicle is reasonable and meets the strength requirements.[Gonclusions] The designed search and rescue vehicle has effective significance and application potential in obstacle negotiation,manpower conservation and safety assurance,which provides a reference for the structural optimization design of search and rescue vehicles after earthquakes.
