In view of digital protection and digital service project for Shanghai-style cheongsam collectibles， launched by Shanghai University Museum in recent years， this article reviews the required communication strategies and communication practice effects in the implementation of this project， and attempts to put forward solutions and development suggestions in response to the common problems in the process of digital construction of university museums.
