一种C型储罐预冷流程的优化方式

摘    要:天然气船舶是近年来的主流绿色船舶,需求量大幅增加。本文针对目前C型LNG储罐加注较慢的问题,通过预冷流程和时间分析,创新并实践了一种迅速预冷储罐,达到加注温度的方法,与目前常用的预冷流程对比,具有加注时间短费用低的效果,并在某型液货船上成功应用。

An Optimization Method for Pre-cooling Process

of Type C Storage Tank

Abstract: Natural gas carriers are the mainstream green ships built in recent years, with significant increase in demand. In this paper, to solve the problem of rather slowly filling into Type C storage tank at present, we have invented a new method and practiced to precool the tank quickly through analysis of the precooling process and time, so as to obtain a method for filling temperature. In comparison with the precooling process currently in use, it has the effect of short filling time and low cost, which is successfully used in a LPG carrier.
