摘    要：本文分析了传统板材半自动化切割的工艺流程和要素，结合关键设备的能力与智能化技术的发展需求，形成了板材智能切割工艺的关键环节及相应工艺要素，提出了面向智能制造的板材切割方案和新流程。

Abstract： This paper analyzes the process flow and elements of traditional semi-automatic plate cutting， points out the key links and corresponding process elements of the intelligent plate cutting process in combination with the ability of key equipment and the development requirements of intelligent technology， and puts forward the plate cutting scheme and new process for intelligent manufacturing.
