某船并车瞬间主断路器脱扣现象的分析及处理

摘 要:某船在发电机组调试过程中,出现发电机组同步并网时主断路器瞬间异常脱扣现象,本文基于这次主断路器瞬时脱扣现象,阐述故障分析、试验排查及故障处理方案,总结了此次故障排查处理过程中获取的经验。

Abstract: During the debugging process of a certain ship’s generator set, there was an occasional abnormal tripping phenomenon of the main circuit breaker during the synchronous grid connection of the genetator set. Based on the instantaneous tripping phenomenon of the main circuit breaker of a ship’s generator set during parallel operation, this article elaborates on the fault analysis, trouble shooting and fault handling plan, and summarizes the experience gained during this fault trouble shooting process.

1 引言
船舶用电设备繁多,船舶电站作为一种孤岛型电站,受空间及发电机单机容量限制,满足大功率船舶用电需求时均需要安装多台发电机组,且发电机组在网数量也随着船舶电网负荷的变化而随之改变。(剩余4518字)
