大尺寸旋转密封技术在海上单点系泊输油领域的应用

摘    要：本文根据海上单点系泊输油系统大尺寸旋转密封设计的影响因素，开展作业海域的气象水文条件对运动受力的影响，海洋温度、盐度环境和原油类型等对耐腐蚀性的要求分析，阐述了泛塞密封技术应用于海上单点系泊输油系统大尺寸旋转密封的设计、加工和试验的有关要求。

Application of Large-sized Rotary Seal Technology in the Field of Offshore Single Point Mooring Oil Transport

Abstract： In this paper， the influence of meteorological and hydrological conditions in the operating sea area on motion and force， as well as the requirements for corrosion resistance such as ocean temperature， salinity environment， and crude oil type were analyzed based on the influencing factors of the design of large-sized rotating seals for offshore single point mooring oil transport systems. And the relevant requirements for the design， processing， and testing of large-sized rotating seals for offshore single point mooring oil transport systems by using spring seal technology were elaborated.
