氧化石墨烯载体对戊唑醇的吸附及控制释放研究

Abstract:Asabroad-spectrum,low-toxicityandefficientfungicide,tebuconazole(TB)hasbeenwidelyusedinagricultural production.However,theexisting formulationsof TB fungicidesaremostlywetablepowders,suspensionconcentrate, emulsifiableconcentrate,whichexhbitdisadvantagesoflowefectiveutilzatioandenvionmentalpolution,soitisurentto developnewsystems toachieveenvironmentallfriendlyandeficientdeliverysystems.Inthisstudy,grapheneoxide(GO) wasused as the nanocarrier of TB,and GO loaded TB nanocomposites(TB @GO )weresuccessfully prepared by physical adsorption method.The results showed that the adsorption capacity of GO for TB reached up to 2846mg/g ,significantly improving the loadingrateofTB.Further research indicated that TB@GOcould achieve effectiverelease under various conditionsofonicsrength,pHvaues,andtmperatures,demonstrating excellentcontroled-eleaseproperties.Particlarlyin aqueous systems, TB @GO achieved five effective releases, significantly enhancing the utilization rate of TB. This research providesnewideasandbroad prospects fortheapplicationofgraphene-based materialsinthefieldof pesticidecontroled release.TB@GO nanocomposites notonlyenhancethe efectiveutlizationrateof pesticides but alsoreduce the amountof pesticide applicationand environmental polution,providing anewsolution for the developmentof greenagriculture.
