枯草芽孢杆菌缓解桃苗盐胁迫的效果研究

Abstract:ToexploretheeffectofBacilussubtilisonsaltresistanceofpeach,usingPrunusdavidianaseedlingsas test materials,thisstudyestablishes three treatments(CK:clear water;T1:salt stress;T2:Bacillussubtilis+saltstress),to investigatetheefectsofsalt stressonthe growth,photosyntheticparametersandantioxidant enzymeactivitiesof peach seedlings.Theresults show that compared with CK,the plant height,stem diameter,maximum photosynthetic effciency, stomatalonductance,F/F,AD,chlorophylla,chlorophylladcarotenoidcontentofandTigniicantlydclie. Andthedecreaseoftheabove indexesofT2isnotassignificantasthatofT1.Inaddition,intercellularcarbondioxide concentration,relativeconductivitymalondialdehydecontent,superoxide anioncontentandhydrogen peroxidecontentin leaves mprove significantly.T2 increases too,butnotassignificantasT1.Furthermore,CAT,PODandSODactivityofT2 risegreatly.T1alsoincreases,butlesssignificantcomparedtoT2.Inconclusion,saltstress inhibitspeachseedlinggrowth, whilethe appication of Bacillussubtisin T2group significantlyaleviates salt stress damagetothe growth and development of peach seedlings,indicating that Bacillus subtilis can improve the salt resistance ofpeach seedlings.
