Abstract:Considering the requirements for enhancing theperformance of keyequipment for ultra-deep well driling,reducing non-driling waiting time,providing emergencypower supply todrilling rigs,carrying outcluster well operation,and rapidly relocating drilling rigs,an enhanced 9,000 m hybrid power automatic drilling rig was developed. This drilling rig has a maximum static hook load of 7,350kN ,qualified for heavy casing landing. The designed narrow-body five-cylinderdrilling pump has the characteristics of large displacement,small pressure fluctuationand convenient transportation.Aone-piece drawworks isconfigured torealize thehigh-levelarangementof the equipment,and the guide rail translation + wheel transfer mode is adopted to meet the requirements of drilling rig operation at cluster well and rapid relocation between wellsites.The string automation equipment and single driler integrated control system is developed to realize the handover interlocking and linkage control of the string automation equipment with the support of aone-click control program and a space management system.The energy storage system with 1,700kW⋅h battery is connected to the AC bus of the diesel generator set,and has the girdconnectedand grid-disconnectedoperation modesandswitching function for emergencyuse inthecaseof generator failure.The type tests onmain load-bearing structures of thedrilling rigand functional tests on equipment and system demonstrate thatthe key welds of the main load-bearing parts are intact,and the drawworks drum brake system is not deformed.Theresearch results can providea referenceforthedesignof ultra-deepwelldriling rigs.
