高校干部人事档案专项审核对档案管理工作的启示

摘  要：通过对高校干部人事档案专项审核过程中发现的问题及原因分析，给人事档案管理工作指明了工作方向，从注重档案宣传强化档案意识、建立完善管理制度规范档案管理、加强人才队伍建设、推进档案数字化建设、健全监督机制等措施达到提高干部人事档案管理质量，为高校发展提供真实、准确的人才信息服务。

Abstract： Through the analysis of the problems and causes found in the special audit of the personnel archives of college cadres， the work direction for the management of personnel archives has been pointed out， from focusing on the publicity of archives to strengthen the awareness of archives， establishing and improving the management system to standardize archive management， strengthening the construction of talent teams， promoting the digital construction of archives， the improvement of the supervision mechanism and other measures can improve the management quality of cadre personnel archives， and provide true and accurate talent information services for the development of colleges and universities.

为全面贯彻落实党中央作出的全面从严治党的重要部署，中共中央组织部自2014年10月起在全国分级分批次开展了干部人事档案专项审核工作，首先从省管干部档案审核，再到中层以上干部档案审核，再到目前的全覆盖档案审核，目的就是规范干部人事档案管理，保证干部人事档案的真实性和完整性，整治档案造假行为，在选拔任用干部中充分发挥其凭证作用。（剩余3672字）
