摘  要：经过数十年的发展，在社会需要的促进之下，档案信息化革命进入到了质变的阶段，这是一种全方位的“数字转型”。这种转型包括：档案存在形式的数据化、存在方式的集合化、管理模式的单轨化、运行模式的实时化、管理主体的信息化、技术应用的高新化、价值模式的数智化、管理系统的一体化与集成化等。

Abstract： after decades of development， with the promotion of social needs， the Archives information revolution has entered the stage of qualitative change， which is an all-round 'Digital transformation'.
