我国古代图书文档管理员“司籍”“典籍”“掌籍”考述

摘  要:“司籍”“典籍”“掌籍”自出现起即与图书文献有关,后演变为我国古代图书文档管理人员官职名的称谓。三者作为官职名最早始于隋朝,起初为宫廷内设置的女官,隶属于尚仪局。唐朝,女官品级皆有所提高。宋金沿唐制,辽、元宫廷未设。元以后,使用范围逐渐扩大。清以后渐进地隐匿于历史潮流中。

Abstract: Si Ji, Dian Ji and Zhang Ji are related to books and literatures since its appearance, and they later became the title of official titles, which originated in the Sui Dynasty, of ancient books and document managers in ancient China. They were firstly female officials set up in the court and subordinate to the Shangyi Bureau. In the Tang Dynasty, the grades of female officials mentioned earlier were improved. A similar situation occurred in Song and Jin Dynasties. There was no official position of document manager in the court of Liao and Yuan Dynasties. After the Yuan Dynasty, the use of Si Ji, Dian Ji and Zhang Ji was expanded, but they gradually disappeared after the Qing Dynasty.
