对贯彻新《档案法》创新档案工作机制的思考

摘  要：本文探讨贯彻新《档案法》创新档案工作机制问题，认为：一是创新建立档案安全工作机制;二是创新建立档案开放年度报告审批制度;三是创新建立档案工作协商机制，包括档案移交与接收协商机制、档案开放审核协商机制。

Abstract： This paper discusses some thoughts on implementing the new "Archives Law" and innovating the working mechanism of archives. The second is to establish the examination and approval system of annual report of archives opening;  Third， establish the consultation mechanism of archives work innovatively， including the consultation mechanism of archives handing over and receiving， and the consultation mechanism of archives opening and auditing.

新《档案法》从2021年1月1日起开始施行了，新《档案法》在保障档案安全、缩短档案封闭时间、档案信息化建设、档案监督检查等等许多方面都有亮点，而要将这些亮点都落实贯彻到档案工作中，不仅要靠相关配套的法规规章的修改与制定，还要靠创新相关的档案工作机制去贯彻落实，为此，本文就谈谈对贯彻新《档案法》创新档案工作机制的一些思考。（剩余3680字）
