无大师·缺工匠·低门槛：当前档案事业专业化面临的挑战

摘  要：目前，档案事业缺乏大师级理论领军人才、缺乏工匠型实干人才、档案专业技术职务准入门槛过低的问题，在新时代背景下，已成为制约档案事业专业化创新发展的内在顽疾。积极探索解决这三方面问题的途径，提升档案事业专业化的内生动力，已成为迫切之需。

Abstract： At present， the Archives cause lacks the master-level theory leading talents， the craftsman-type practical talents， the Archives professional technical position admittance threshold is too low， under the new era background， has already become the intrinsic stubborn disease which restricts the Archives cause innovation development， therefore， it has become an urgent need to explore and solve these three problems and promote the inner motive force of Archives cause.
