“三全育人”视域下高职院校档案育人的实践思考

摘  要：本文提出“三全育人”视域下高职院校档案育人内容需要贯穿人才培养全过程。其中，校史校情教育是基础、理想信念教育是核心、工匠精神培育是关键。同时，档案育人的场域是多维的，需要内外联动、线上线下协同，不断提升档案育人的实效性。

Abstract： This article proposes that the content of archives education in higher vocational colleges needs to run through the whole process of talent training under the perspective of 'three holistic education'. Among them， school history and condition education is the foundation， ideal and belief education is the core， and craftsman spirit cultivation is the key. At the same time， the field of file education is multi-dimensional， requiring internal and external linkage， online and offline collaboration， to continuously improve the effectiveness of file education.
