卫生健康系统业务档案管理服务职能透析

摘  要：本文为实现充分发挥卫生健康系统业务档案管理服务职能这一目标， 针对卫生健康系统业务档案管理工作中存在的思想不重视、制度不完善、缺少专业人才等问题进行研究， 采用文献分析法等研究手段， 从完善制度、提升思想、人才培养和方法创新四个角度提升卫生健康系统业务档案管理服务能力。

Abstract： In this paper， in order to implement the health systems business archives management service function into full play the goal， in the business archives management in health care system is thought not value， institutional system is imperfect， lack of professional talents to study the problems， adopting the research methods such as literature analysis， from perfecting the system， idea， talent training and method innovation four Angle increase health systems business service ability of archives management.
