Abstract: With the popularity of online education,it becomes particularly important to design an efficient and reliable information system to store learning data and provide flexible learning services. This paper proposes an online lifelong education information system based on cloud architecture, which uses virtualization technology to optimize resource management,and ensures the efficient operation of the system through virtual machine allocation and monitoring node allocation schemes. The advantage of the cloud architecture is its resiliency and flexibility,with the ability to dynamically adjust resource allocation according to the needs of learning tasks to handle more Elearning tasks. In the system design,a layered architecture is adopted,including data layer, platform layer,application layer and presentation layer,to meet the needs of different users. At the same time,through virtualization technology,the system can achieve high availability,disaster recovery and resource optimization. The evaluation results show that the solution performs better in terms of processing power,reliability and durability,and can handle more E-learning tasks.
