Abstract  To describe the concept and characteristics of the Mediterranean diet，introduce the nutritional status of renal transplant patients and their compliance with the Mediterranean diet，analyse the impact of the Mediterranean diet on the health promotion in renal transplant patients， and identify the shortcomings as well as the prospects for future research，provide a reference for medical staff to develop scientific and feasible dietary management plans for renal transplant patients.

摘要  阐述地中海饮食的概念与特点，介绍肾移植病人的营养状况及地中海饮食依从性，分析地中海饮食对肾移植病人健康促进的影响，提出现有研究的不足之处和对未来研究的展望，以期为医务人员制定科学、可行的肾移植病人饮食管理方案提供参考。（剩余11959字）
