Abstract  This paper reviewed the definition of supportive care needs，assessment tools，the current research status of supportive care needs of patients with thyroid cancer，and influencing factors.The aim is to improving the attention of clinical medical staff to patients with thyroid cancer，providing the basis for healthcare professionals to identify the needs of patients with thyroid cancer early and carrying out targeted nursing intervention，thereby improve the quality of life of patients with thyroid cancer.

摘要  从支持性照顾需求的定义、评估工具及甲状腺癌病人支持性照顾需求的研究现状、影响因素方面进行综述，旨在提高临床医护人员对甲状腺癌病人的关注，为临床医护人员早期识别甲状腺癌病人需求并开展针对性的护理干预提供依据，进而提高甲状腺癌病人生活质量。（剩余14752字）
