Application of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing scheme in patients with chronic osteomyelitis

Abstract Objective：To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical a nursing scheme in patients with chronic osteomyelitis.Methods：A total of 150 patients with chronic osteomyelitis hospitalized in the Osteomyelitis Department of Luoyang Orthopedic Hospital（Henan Orthopedic Hospital） were selected as subjects from June 2021 to December 2022.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group，with 75 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment and nursing，while the experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine dialectical the scheme on the basis of routine treatment and nursing.The local symptoms of the wound，comfort level，positive psychological status，and wound healing rate of patients in two groups were compared.Results：At the 14th day of admission，the score for local symptoms of the wound of the experimental group was （15.33±1.93）points，which was lower than that of the control group[（17.44±1.57）points].The comfort score was （87.06±4.41） points，the positive psychological status score was （58.21±11.45） points，and the wound healing rate was（86.90±9.26）%，all of which were higher than the control group[the comfort score was （70.54±4.33） points，the positive psychological status score was（52.23±10.07） points，and wound healing rate was （68.91±8.72）%]，and the differences were statistically significant（all P<0.05）.Conclusions：Implemented traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing scheme in patients with chronic osteomyelitis is beneficial for promoting wound recovery，improving patient comfort and psychological condition.
