Abstract  This article briefly described the application status of artificial intelligence in dietary intake assessment，nutritional decision support，nutrition related risk prediction in chronic kidney disease.Additionally， the current application status of artificial intelligence combined with mobile communication technology for nutrition management.Furthermore，the existing challenges were summarized and prospects were proposed，aiming to provide a reference for medical workers to carry out intelligent nutrition management for patients with chronic kidney disease.

摘要  简述了人工智能在慢性肾脏病膳食摄入评估、营养决策支持、营养相关风险预测以及结合移动通信技术进行营养管理中的应用现状，同时对存在的挑战进行总结并提出展望，以期为医疗工作者对慢性肾脏病病人进行智能营养管理提供参考。（剩余12623字）
