Construction of an evaluation index system for university nursing laboratory open management

Abstract  Objective：The usability evaluation index system for university nursing open laboratory management has been established，which can be used as a tool to evaluate the management effect of nursing open laboratories.Methods：The draft usability evaluation index system had been established by means of semi⁃structured interviews and literature review.After two rounds of Delphi expert consultation and AHP，the indicator system and weights were finally determined.Results：The index system included open mode，open resources，operational guarantee，and open performance 4 first⁃level indexes，12 second⁃level indexes and 48 third⁃level indexes.The recovery rate of the two rounds of questionnaires were 93.33% and 100.00% respectively，and the authoritative coefficient were all 0.875.The two round Kendall's W coordination coefficient were from 0.09 to 0.69（P<0.001），and from 0.21 to 0.27（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The index system was reasonable in design and the index weight levels were arranged distinctly.Each index was scientific and reliable.The index system can be used as an evaluation tool for the management of university nursing open laboratory.
