摘要  总结国内外成人重症监护室（ICU）病人随访研究现状，包括随访主体、随访内容、随访形式、随访成本效益以及随访管理，建议临床工作中开展针对ICU病人的个性化随访，进一步探索改善病人生活质量的随访，为构建系统化的随访方案提供依据。（剩余11661字）
