Construction of training program for new nurses in TCM hospitals

Abstract  Objective：To construct training program for new nurses in TCM hospitals.Methods：The expert consultation questionnaire of training program for new nurses in TCM hospitals was constructed by referring to relevant literature and combining the in⁃depth interview of TCM nursing clinical teachers in a tertiary grade A TCM hospital.Expert consultation among 16 experts were adopted using Delphi method.Results：The positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 94% and 100% respectively.The expert authority coefficients of two rounds of experts were 0.879 and 0.881 respectively.The Kendall's W coefficients were 0.205 and 0.222（P<0.001）.Finally，training program for new nurses in TCM hospitals was formed，including 4 first⁃level indicators，19 second⁃level indicators，and 104 third⁃level indicators.Conclusion：The training program for new nurses in TCM hospital was scientific and reliable，and could provide feasible program for TCM nursing training for new nurses.
