继发性创伤应激量表的汉化及其在急诊科护理人员中的应用

Abstract  Objective：To translate Secondary Traumatic Stress Scale（STSS） and apply it to nursing staff in emergency department.Methods：213 nursing staff in emergency department of three tertiary grade A hospitals in Jinan were selected as the study subjects.STSS was translated，back⁃translated，culturally adjusted and pre-investigated to form the Chinese version of STSS，and the Chinese version of STSS was used for questionnaire survey.Results：The universal agreement scale⁃level content validity index of the Chinese version of STSS was 0.88，the average scale⁃level content validity index was 0.98，and the item⁃level content validity index  of the item level were from 0.83 to 1.00.A total of three common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis，and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 70.008%.The coefficient of Cronbach's α of the scale was 0.914，Guttman's half⁃reliability was 0.936，and the retest reliability was 0.824.The survey results of nursing staff in emergency department showed that the total score of the Chinese version of STSS was 33.17±12.68，of which 155（72.77%） had symptoms of secondary traumatic stress.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of secondary traumatic stress of nursing staff in emergency department were working years，marital status，whether they were considering changing careers or not and whether they had taken sick leave in the past year or not.Conclusions：The Chinese version of STSS has good reliability and validity，and can be used to evaluate the secondary traumatic stress level of nursing staff in emergency department in China.The nursing staff in emergency department in China are generally at the level of mild in secondary traumatic stress，but its incidence is high.The influencing factors of secondary traumatic stress of nursing staff in emergency department were working years，marital status，whether they were considering changing careers or not and whether they had taken sick leave in the past year or not.Based on influencing factor，nursing managers can formulate personalized intervention measures to reduce the secondary traumatic stress level of nursing staff.
