透析饮食健康信念量表的汉化及信效度检验

Abstract  Objective：To translate Dialysis Diet⁃Related Health Belief Questionnaire（DDHBQ） into Chinese，and test its reliability and validity.Methods：A convenient sampling method was used to select 322 patients with maintenance hemodialysis as the study subjects，who were treated in the blood purification center of a tertiary grade A hospital in Nanchang from July 2021 to March 2022.The DDHBQ was translated，culturally adjusted and pre⁃investigated to form the Chinese version of DDHBQ，and the Chinese version of DDHBQ was used to investigate patients.Results：The Chinese version of DDHBQ included 5 dimensions with 23 items in total.The average scale⁃level content validity index（S⁃CVI/Ave） was 0.95， and the item⁃level content validity index（I⁃CVI） were from 0.86 to 1.00.A total of five common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis，and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 72.56%. The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fitted well.The combined reliability（CR） of each dimension were from 0.810 to 0.908，and the average variance extracted（AVE） were from 0.518 to 0.751.The correlation coefficient between each dimension and other dimensions were less than the AVE square root of this dimension.The coefficient of Cronbach's α of internal consistency of the scale was 0.931，and the retest reliability was 0.766.Conclusions：The Chinese version of DDHBQ has good evaluation performance and can be used to evaluate the dietary health beliefs of patients with maintenance hemodialysis .
