Abstract  Objective：To construct a management plan for tumor patients with anorexia.Methods：Based on the evidence⁃based concept，the relevant documents in China and abroad were retrieved，the best evidence was screened and extracted，and the management plan for tumor patients with anorexia was initially formulated.The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of correspondence with 18 experts，then experts opinions were integrate，contents of the plan were revised，and the final draft of management plan for tumor patients with anorexia was formed.Results：The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert correspondence questionnaires were 90% and 100%，respectively.The expert authority coefficients were 0.84 and 0.87，respectively.And the overall Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.265 and 0.376，respectively（both P<0.001）.The final management plan for tumor patients with anorexia included 4 first⁃level indicators（team formation，management process，multimodal intervention management，management quality assurance），14 second⁃level indicators and 49 third⁃level indicators.Conclusions：The management plan for tumor patients with anorexia is scientific，reliable and practical，and can provide reference for the clinical management of tumor patients with anorexia.
