养老院入住老年人满意度问卷的汉化及信效度检验

Abstract  Objective：To translate Consumer Satisfaction in Nursing Home Questionnaire（CSNHQ），and test its reliability and validity.Methods：A stratified sampling method was used to select 172 elderly as the study subjects，who were living in four community nursing home in Wuhan from August 2020 to October 2020.The CSNHQ was translated，culturally adjusted and pre⁃investigated to form the Chinese version of CSNHQ，and the Chinese version of CSNHQ was used to investigate elderly.Results：The Chinese version of CSNHQ had 34 items in total.The item⁃level content validity index（I⁃CVI） were from 0.86 to 1.00.The scale-content validity index（S⁃CVI） was 0.97.The correlation coefficient between the score of each dimension of the questionnaire and the total score of the questionnaire were from 0.637 to 0.854，and the correlation coefficient between each dimension were 0.357 from 0.744（P<0.01）.Exploratory factor analysis showed that the cumulative variance contribution rate of six factors was 72.194%.The overall Cronbach's α coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.966，the retest reliability was 0.940，and the split⁃half reliability was 0.889.Conclusions：The Chinese version of CSNHQ has good reliability and validity，and can be used as an evaluation tool for the satisfaction of the elderly in nursing home.
