Abstract：577nmsubthreshold micropulselaser（SML）isanon-destructive thermallaser therapyforthe treatmentofretinal diseases，whichhas thadvantagesofminimaldamage，highsafetyandstrong penetrationability.Itshowed greatdevelopment prospects inthe treatmentofretinal diseases andotherfields.This articlereviewstheresearch progress of577nmSMLinthe treatmentofcentralsrouschorioretinopathy（CSC），dabeticmacularedema（DME），agerelatedmaculardegeneration（D）， macular edema secondarytoretinalveinoccusionandotherretinal diseases，hoping thatitcanprovide somereference for clinical application.
