Abstract：Mostoftheexistingagriculturallandpriceassessment methodsonlyfocusontheeconomicvalueof agriculturalladnd ignoretheecologicalvalue，i.e.theyfocusonthe"productionfunction”oflandandignorethe"ecologicalfunction".Inthenew contextf naturalresource integration，theecologicalvalueoflandhasbecomeanewconcern，andthemethodologyforvaluing agriculturallandneedstoberevisedinordertoachievethegoalof"syergyofproduction-living-ecology"andtoprootethe sustainabledevelopmentofland.Thispaperconstructsamodelforthevaluationofagriculturallandintheplainareabasedonthe conceptof"integrationofproduction-living-ecology"，andusestheintegratedscoremodelmethodandtheequivalentmethodto measuretheeconomicvalueandecologicalvalueofregionalagriculturalandrespectively.Theeconomicvalueofagriculturalland accounts for 0.8～0.95，and the ecological value accounts for 0.05～0.2 .In order toverify the validityof the valuationmodel，an empiricalstudywasconductedontheexampleofShenzeCountyinthehinterlandoftheNorthChinaPlain.Theresultsof hisstudy can providetechnical supportand theoreticalreferencefortherevisionof agriculturallandpricesinthenortherplains.
