Abstract："Green"and"digital"areotolyinterelated，butalsointerdependent.Thefuturetrackofgeentransfoationwil bedigital.Thispaperfirstproposesthatthedigitaleconomyhasgreengene，whichisthefundamentalpremiseofthecoordiated developmentofdigitalandgreen.Thenthispaperdiscusss thegrnefectofdigitaleconomydevelopmentfromthetwodimnsions ofrealeconomyandfinancial system.Inthedimensionofreal economy，thispaperargues thatdigitaleconomycanpromote economicandsocial greendevelopmentthroughindustrialupgradingandgreentechnologyinnovation.Attheleveloffinancial system，this paperbelievesthatFinTech playsanimportantroleininfluencinggreenconsumptionculture，reducinginforation asymmetryandimprovingthetransparencyofgreenfinancialmarket.Finalythispaperputsforwardpolicyrecommendationsbased on how to achieve green development through the development of digital economy.
