Abstract:AgriculturalcarbonemissonsareanimportantcomponentofChina’scarbonemissons,andagriculturallow-carbon developmentisofgreatsignificancetoachievingthegoalof"carbonneutrality"inChina.AccuratelymeasuringChina'sinter provincialagriculturalarbonemissioneficiencyandclarifyingitsinflueningfactorscanprovideectivereferencefoceating therealizationofagriculturalcarbonemissionreduction.ThispaperusesthesupereficiencySBMmodelandtheMamlquist Leuenberger productivityindex tocalculatetheagriculturalcarbonemisioneficiencyand changeindexof3Oprovinces inChina from2009 to2.romtheperspectiveof govermment,macroenvironment,andagriculturaldevelopment,theTobitmodelisused toanalyzetheinfluencingfactors.Theresultsshowedthatduringthestudyperiod,China'sagriculturalcarbonemissionefcency showedadownwardtrend,withhighefciencyreasainlyconcentratedinthewesteregionandtheastecoastalgio,while thecentralregionhadthelowestagriculturalcarbonemisioneficiencyandhadalargeemissionreductionpotential.Atthe provinciallevel,in2O2O,onlyHeilongjiang,Xinjiang,Shaanxi,Guizhou,andsomecoastalareasachievedagriculturalcarbon emission efficiency of 1.0 ,which are alsoregions with high cutting-edge technological progressindicators.Combining the dual characteristicsofspatialandtemporaldistributionofagriculturalcarbonemissionseficiencyanddecompositionofefciency changes,thispaperbelieves thattheimprovementofcuting-edge technolgicalprogressisthemainsourceof gowthforimproving agriculturalcarbonemissonseficiencyTheleveloffinancialsupportforagricultureandurbanizationhasasignificantpositive efectonagriculturalcarbonemisioneficiency;thelevelofagriculturalmechanization,naturaldisasters,andplantingstructure have significant negative effects on it.
