农学类专业水稻相关课程思政对复合应用型人才培养的驱动研究

Abstract：Underthebackgroundofagricultural modernization，itisveryimportanttocultivatecompoundapplied agriculturaltalentswithsolidprofessionalknowledge，practicalabilityandgoodideologicalandpoliticalaccomplishent.In ordertocharacterizethedrivingeffectofideologyandpoliticsinrice-relatedcoursesonthecultivationofcomposite appliedtalents，thisstudyselectedjuniorstudentsmajoringinagricultureandanalyzedvariousindicatorsof985 universies，211universitiesanddoublenon-universitygroupsbyusing theAstineducationmodel.Thetestscoresof985 universitygroup，211l universitygroupand double non-experimental group were96points，92 pointsand83 points respectively. The satisfaction rate of employers in the 985 university group was 85.7% ，that in the 211 university group was 80.6% ，and that in the double non-university group was 79.3% .The results show that the ideological and political constructionofricecurriculumcanefectivelydrivethegrowthanddevelopmentofcompoundappiedtalents.Theresearch providesanempiricalbasisfortheideologicalandpoliticalconstructionofagriculturalcoursesandprovidesdataand theoretical support for optimizing the personnel training model.
